Project type: Commercial
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Timeline: 2021 – 2022
GFA: 50,268 sf · 4,670 m²
Budget: $14.7M · €13M
Role: Project Lead
Sustainability certification, redesigned common areas, and improved outdoor facilities of a five- to eight-story office complex offering around 31,000 m² of rental space in Frankfurt's prestigious Westend. The main focus of the conversion lay on creating spatial clarity and enabling easy orientation, befitting the prestigious location and high tenant expectations.
What now appears effortless and simple is the result of determined work — a light-filled, open entrance area where large-format glass panels create a puristic clarity, replacing what was once an arbitrarily assembled building complex. Located on the popular Grüneburgweg, the complex combines centrality and renown into an exceptional office location.
